Check In/Check Out Times
Our check in time is 2pm, however guests arriving before this time may leave their luggage at the front desk until their room is ready. Our check out time is 11am. Luggage may again be left in the office after this time.

Methods of Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners credit cards. You may also pay by Debit Card, travellers cheques and of course, cash. You will be asked to guarantee your room with a credit card upon making a reservation with us. Arriving at the hotel, you may change your payment to any of the above methods of your choice.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled no later than 6pm, 24 hours prior to your arrival date. A cancellation number will be issued upon cancelling your room, this number must be retained in order to avoid a no show charge.

Smoking
Cigarette smoking is permitted in our pre-assigned rooms.
Non smoking rooms may be requested upon making your reservation.
