As a 100% smoke-free hotel, we are delighted to provide a clean and fresh environment for all our guests to enjoy.

Methods of Payment
To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required. Upon your arrival, we will take a preauthorization on a major credit card. The preauthorization amount may be up to the total cost of your stay, along with an additional C$300.00 as a security deposit. We accept a variety of payment methods upon checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash, to ensure flexibility and ease during your stay.

Pet Policy
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets at our establishment. For pet accommodations, we recommend visiting the PetSmart PetsHotel for suitable arrangements.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Our check-in time is at 4 pm, and while we strive to accommodate early arrivals, guests arriving before this time may securely store their luggage at our front desk until their room is ready. Please note that check-out time is at 11 am, but we offer the convenience of secure luggage storage after this time.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation without incurring charges, kindly notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Upon cancellation, you will receive a unique cancellation number which must be retained for reference to avoid any no-show charges.
